Presentation translation built for the region
Agile Translate is a product of AgileWorx, a digital transformation consultancy working across Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Qatar. We built it for a problem our own consultants face daily: moving presentations between English and Arabic without rebuilding every slide afterwards.
Why we built it
A presentation carries its meaning in its layout. Position, alignment, chart axis order, and the relationship between a callout and the shape it points to are all part of the message. General-purpose translation tools return the words and leave the design broken.
Arabic compounds the problem. Reading direction reverses, so the layout must mirror: bullets, alignment, shape order, and chart axes all move. Translated text expands or contracts, so containers that fit in English overflow in Arabic. Brand typefaces chosen for Latin script frequently have no Arabic equivalent.
Agile Translate parses the presentation rather than flattening it. It applies the terminology you approve, mirrors the layout for right-to-left reading, measures whether translated text still fits its container, and returns an editable PowerPoint file.
How we build it
- You approve the terminology
- Translation begins only after you have reviewed the proposed glossary. Product names, job titles, and regulatory phrasing are decided by you before the first slide is processed, and applied consistently across the presentation.
- Your file never leaves our infrastructure
- The PowerPoint file itself is never sent to an AI provider. Only the text extracted from it is sent, so that it can be translated. The Privacy Policy sets out exactly what the provider receives and how long it holds it.
- Every run is auditable
- Each translation produces a quality report covering terminology applied, terminology missed, containers at risk of overflow, and fonts substituted. You review what happened rather than assuming it went well.
- No tracking
- We operate no analytics, no advertising technology, and no third-party trackers. We set four cookies, all of them necessary for the service to work, and the Privacy Policy lists each one.
